Do you believe in “mental communication” or “mental telepathy”?

If you cannot sleep and thinking of a person all night, is it true that he is thinking of you too? Does he feel that way, i mean he can’t sleep too that’s why somehow your minds are communicating?

WE EACH HAVE OUR OWN WAY. MY EX WIFE, REST HER SOUL, TALKED ME DOWN FROM A HIGH POLE I WAS WORKING ON AND COULDNT FIND THE FIRST STEP. I DISTINCTLY HEARD HER VOICE TELL ME TO PUT MY FOOT TWO OR THREE INCHES TO THE RIGHT AND DOWN JUST A BIT AND THERE THE STEP WAS.?????
